AT&T murals in CA.

Murals of AT&T historic photographs were produced for California AT&T office buildings working with Tile Artisans who produce the actual 12" x 12" tiles which were attached to the exterior of the buildings.  The project was produced for AT&T and the Department of Art in Public Places in Sacramento, La Mesa, El Cajon and Lodi, California.  The project was to digitize and enlarge old historic photographic images owned by AT&T and create ceramic porcelain large murals composed of many 12x12 inch tiles.

The murals illustrate the historic development and introduction of telephone service in California during the late 18th and early 19th century and up to the introduction of satellite communications.
